Tippy is a border collie heeler mix about 4-5 years old. He is quiet and calm, and can be a bit shy in strange situations. He listens well, and tries really hard to please his people. He is good with other dogs. We aren't sure how he does with cats. He's the typical border collie and will attach to his special person very quickly. He would love to go on walks with a loving family.
